Head of Data Adoption.

As a huge global household Luxury brand, my client are always looking for new and innovative ways to adopt Data and AI into their core business. As a result they are currently looking to hire a Head of Business Change & Communications to look at how the wider business successfully adopts new Data & AI initiatives that are happening both internally and out in the market.

This position will manage a team of change managers with the aim of having a Human Centered ethos in how people within the organisation are actually adopting new “best practice”. Day to day the focus is around educating, and up-skilling ends users so that technology changes being made are utilised and implemented with maximum affect. Working with communications teams and Learning & development you will be working senior stakeholders and the L&D functions on how to embed the new skills through pilot schemes and then on a wider scale.

For this role my client is looking for a seasoned Business Change and Transformation professional that has ideally worked in and around Digital (Data or AI would be fantastic). This is not a role for someone with a strong Program Management background, but more someone who has held roles that focus on business change or the Comms & Engagement side of Transformation.
