Job description
This is a permanent role and an opportunity for the successful applicant to implement strategy and grow the team as decided with the Engineering Manager and CTO. The team is small consisting of two Java Engineers (1 Senior and 1 Mid) but with budget already approved to hire four more engineers in January.
The salary on offer with this role is £80,000 to £100,000 with huge benefits of flexible working, there is a minimum requirement of 2 days working from the office in the short term but this will increase to 3 days as the team grows.
Requirements for the role;
·Experience managing and growing software engineering teams (Specifically Java)
·Experience working in a start-up environment is a good to have but all backgrounds will be considered.
·Track record of supporting, mentoring and coaching best practice with Java Engineers
