Product Owner - Paddington

Product Manager to join a Fintech scale up based in Paddington. Required is someone who has experience owning a technology focused product in the financial services industry, and someone familiar with that role in a growth stage company. The normal suite of Product Owner suite of skills required, super familiar with Agile, project management tools (they use Altassian and MS project) and someone who is happy interfacing across the business, particularly with Tech. experience of working with near shore development teams is a big plus.

The company has a technology product which connects institutional investors with founders, and has been operating for around 4 years. They have recently been through a further funding round and has some of the biggest names in the city as shareholders and is looking to grow significantly this year, whilst introducing a major new offering to their target market.

Headcount in the business is around 35 at the moment, with that number expected to grow quite a bit over the course of this year, and they are fully set up to recruit, on-board and work remotely in the ‘new normal’ that been thrust upon us. Salary wise this would be dependent on experience around £60k + options and bonus is about the mark.
