Job description

Nixor is currently recruiting for a Full Stack PHP Developer for a sporting ecommerce client.

 

You will report to the Lead Developer and be responsible for completely rebuilding their ecommerce platform. You will build scalable, reusable clean code. Previously the platform was outsourced but after significant investment they are building an in house development team. The main aim is to have ultimate flexibility in customising the platform to offer better customer service and grow the business.

 

Key Skills required:

  • PHP 7
  • Experience with MVC frameworks , ideally Laravel.
  • Agile experience
  • Working knowledge of Docker
  • Strong testing experience of your own code and running automated tests.

Nixor’s client is a growing start up that is already profit generating. They are an online platform for booking outdoors sports which a similar structure to Airbnb.

This is a permanent position paying £60K-£65K.
