Job description

Scala Developer – Consultancy – Financial Services  

Nixor is currently recruiting for a Scala Developer for one of their consultancy clients to work onsite for a major financial services company.

You will report to the Project Lead and be responsible for working across a number of Greenfield projects. This will include working on creating new features across a variety of payment platforms.

 Key Skills required:

  • Extensive Scala experience
  • Experience working in a financial services (payments desirable)
  • Experience with other languages like Python and Java would be nice to have
  • Akka and Play framework experience is a must
  • AWS
  • Exposure to DevOps
