About

This opportunity is based within the business’ Digital Operations function. At it’s core today the Digital team are responsible for a vast portfolio of programmes, and full life cycles of strategies and projects. A pivotal focus within these teams, is becoming more “Agile”, with wider strategies also including integrations of various SAP functions throughout the business architecture, modernising cloud-native solutions and full scale operational stability and optimisation.

The ideal person will come from a creative or digital background and has worked on large scale transformation projects in a previous role.

Responsibilities

• Implement and “own” large-scale Digital transformations.
• Use and understand how Agile will compliment the ongoing strategies.
• Ability to see what capabilities are needed from a creative/design perspective.
• Provide guidance to a team of multi-skilled individuals.
• Flexibility in delivery of assets and timescales, adapting to changing priorities.
• Understanding and appreciation of the Design process and/or knowledge of design roles, from concept generation to production.

Skill required

• Organised and budget/operational minded.
• Good communicator with a proven track record of demonstrating logic and analytical thinking.
• Resilient and enthusiastic, an individual able to deliver results under pressure, whilst responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
• Ability to deliver the production of digital creative assets at pace.
